Frances took the shot glass gratefully. "I second that." he said, downing thw shot.

Midona slowly opened her violet eyes, looking around the room with a strange exression on her face, "Where..? Iblis? Who are...these people? Wh-what's going on?" slowly, the memories dawned on her, and her shocked expression hardened into one of disgust and hatred.

"Elissa! What the f*ck did you do?" Midona almost growled, as the ghost girl apeared with her typical annoying laugh.

"Stop this right now, or else-"

"Or else what, child? Look at yourself. I'd say you were in no position to be making threats."

"What the hell is that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing, nothing. See you later, demon child."

Midona tried to push herself to her feet, but her exhausted body decided not to cooperate. The demon noticed a gash in her upper arm, and angrily wiped the blood away with the back of her hand, only to find a small pentagram-shaped mark.

"Damn...what the f*ck did she do to me?" the demon muttered, as her vision faded to blackness once more.

"So...umm.." Iblis began, looking at his sister in confusion and fear, "What DID she do..? Midona...please be okay..."

"Here." said Frances, putting a cigarette in Midona's mouth and lighting it. "You may dislike it, but it might make you feel better. Oh and here." he threw a cigarette to Anna. "In return for the whiskey." he smiled, charmingly.

Midona coughed, sitting up somewhat shakily and running a thin, trembelling hand through her red hair.

"I'm..I'm sorry, okay? I might have just doomed us all. I..I'm so sorry..." tears, actual real tears, began to slide down the girl's pale cheeks as she realized, perhaps for the first time, that good doesn't nessisarily win.
