My friends have caused me to make some rules:

3. You can suggest at most things
4. And if you give me cause to delete your roleplay i will, but I would rather you just obeyed the rules and everyone was happy.

He hadn't meant to upset Gabe and freak him out. He hadn't. He hadn't. He'd just wanted to tell him. He hadn't thought and he'd let his big goddamn mouth run away with him and now he'd ruined everything. Like he always did. Like he'd done so many times before, in a time that didn't even exist yet.
Opening your heart to people never worked. You always ended up hurt. Always hurt and alone. He thought he'd learned. He thought the streets had taught him something about trust and how you couldn't.
Apparently not.
The hurt in his eyes solidified into something much colder.
Never again.

It was just that the last time he had been in love with someone they had both ended up getting hurt really badly and he wouldn't -can't- let that happen to Hugo. Ever.

Gabe gave a shaky sigh and wiped away tears he couldn't remember shedding, "I f*cked up. Again."
