Nami flashed a grin at the dragon, and carried on eating.

"Hey, Hatori," she murmured through a mouthful of bread. She swallowed and continued. "What you doing here?"

He silently pointed at the Wildcat, who laughed. "If you want me your going to have to carry me..." She smirked.

Minouru silently laughed at Andromeda and Hatori, almost bitterly; she had never been carried by anyone else. Akito wasn't strong enough, obviously, and at any rate the wolf had never let herself show any weakness.

HE smirked and scoped his wildcat up. "I'm so glad your part of the zodiac... or I wouldn't be able to do this," He stated as she purred.

"Aw, isn't that nice?" Shigure's sly and teasing tone filled the bakery. "Never took you as a cutesy couple guy, Hatori."

He didn't mean his words though, and ran up to tightly hug a surprised Nami. He watched carefully as she winced when he nudged her bruises, and reajusted his grip accordingly. He began to laugh when she made an odd, soft rumbling sound in the back of her throat - the coyote equivalent to a purr, and more subtle than a wagging tail or twitching leg.

"I thought you had writing to do," Nami unsucessfully accused around her "purring".

"I finished it. Not that my editor knows that."

"You're going to kill that woman one day." She tapped him playfully on the nose.

Shigure didn't reply, but merely twitched his nose up, sniffing.

Wordlessly, Nami pointed to a shelf nearby, and Shigure bounded over to it and back, his return weighted by a box of cakes, that he began to greedily eat.

"I swear," she teased as he stuffed his smirking/grinning face, "you only pay me a visit for my food. Worse than a dog, you are."
